Fall 2011

There should be another post (chronologically) before this one, however, since I don't have the stuff here on the computer at present, I'll have to upload it later.
Zoey learned to walk!
It was our most highlighted goal to accomplish prior to the new baby being born.

We take Halloween seriously in our little group, not as serious as we'll be able to make it once we grow up a little bit more, but this year we went all out...

Holy Catch-up Time Batman

Just looked on here because I haven't in a LONG time, as anyone who still follows this blog can tell, and noticed that it hasn't been updated since March... So many changes have happened with the girls (not our lives, not until today anyway, but that will be discussed in another posting).

Here is a quick montage of pictures that might help chronicle the events and changes that have occured:
A trip to one of our favorite places:
The Mall Playground

Easter

Couldn't hunt for eggs by ourselves, so we invited
our friends.
First spoils of the hunt
Not too far behind
The Easter Bunny came while we were at Church.
If you look closely you will see the jellybean droppings left at each bounce toward the couch.
Couldn't miss the chance to snap a new family photo

Break out the Bikes

The weather has been so beautiful lately and it's been a perfect time to get the bikes out of the garage, dust then off, and go for a ride.  Although Lily just got a tricycle for her birthday, she would rather ride on her horse she got when she turned one.  Zoey is reallly go with the flow and was excited to try the big bike.  She loves being included and felt like such a big girl sitting and being pushed around (her feet dangle about 6 inches above the ground; she's REALLY short).  They are getting so big!

Natural Eye

Just one of the many talents that Lily has manifested lately is photography.  She wants to take pictures all the time and I love the moments that she captures. . .

 . . . a squeeling baby . . .

. . .  her toys cleaned up . . .

 . . . a close up of her Mommy smiling . . .

 . . . and a hug!

Around the House

I am not really an outside person, but especially during the winter months my enthusiasm to play outside goes down the tubes.   Lily has been so restless and since we've had some sunny days this month, we have been playing outside or going on walks almost every day. Here's some of the pictures we took while we've been "stuck" inside.

Playing with boxes has always been one of Lily's favorite random games.  Now that Zoey's around, she has someone else to push, but she still likes to be pushed around every once in a while.

Playing games is another daily activity that Lily loves.  Zoey plays this fishing game "bear" style and just catches the fish with her hands.

Surprise!

Some of you already know this, but . . .

Lily and Zoey are going to be big sisters!  We just found out today and since we are really bad at keeping secrets, I figured I better put it on here to get it off my chest.  We are surprised, but excited to be welcoming another Harward baby into this bunch!  We are so blessed and can't wait to find out what life has in store for us next!
