A Cornbelly Birthday

For Lily's birthday this year we really wanted to take her somewhere really fun since she is at that age where she can actually enjoy herself and play. We decided to take her to Cornbellys, which is a smorgasbord of different activities at Thanksgiving Point. My parents, Tobby's parents and Jodie all came to join in the fun and we had a wonderful time.

Everyone loved to jump with Lily on the giant pillows

Isn't she a cute little piggie?

Lily loved the pig races but almost missed seeing them every time they came around.

Scott sponsored a goat during the goat race. His goat "Harley Hog" won this race. Go Harley!!

This creature was a little too intimidating for Lily. She tried it out, but decided she'd better leave, it wasn't for her.

This was Lily's favorite thing there! It was a sandbox, but instead of sand it was filled with corn. She kept trying to eat it, since corn is her favorite veggie, but soon learned it didn't taste very good.

This castle was a coloring area. You could either color on paper or on the tables, walls, etc. I made sure to write a little "Lily was here" before we left.

In princess playland they had this bouncer and you could dress up like a princess and take a carriage ride like a true princess.

The Pumpkin Princess was there to greet us at the beginning of the kiddie corn maze. Lily went right to her and was not shy at all. When we left the maze, Lily kept going over to her and blowing kisses and saying "bye". It was cute!

Lily on the cow train

Lily also loved the slide mountain. It was a mountain of hay with about 6 slides at the top. We were there for about an hour going down slides.

We topped off the day with a birthday cupcake which Lily gobbled down.

Thanks to everyone that came! We're thinking this might be a birthday traditional since we had so much fun. It was definitely very memorable and even if Lily doesn't remember it as she grows up, we will!
